Circadian rhythm with MC?
I have noticed that when there is a flare the worst time is in the morning after waking. In summer sadly that can happen at 5am.

I can’t imagine this is good news for those with MC. The virus persists up to seven months. It makes me wonder if our MC is triggered by a virus in the first place.

Left side pain
After eating I experience a pain just at my waistline in the left. This is very unusual as it's almost always the right side. There is gurgling there now. Do others have 'favourite' sides for pain emerge? It was frankly a bit scary.

Yeast extract?
I had a nasty reaction after eating with shop-bought gravy. So I went looking. On the label was yeast extract. There was no gluten flagged in the allergens but I'm not sure now.

Of course just approaching Christmas I have a flare of unknown origin. I noticed like always that the WD is worse in the morning. Does anyone know why this is?
