Re: Canned tuna
Hi Gabriel, Tuna and Salmon may work fine for you. I know it’s not a good choice for me because of my Enterolab results. :-) I’d pick two items and eat them for a few days and if symptoms start to back off then add in one item again. Each time you do this will certainly provide a definite clue to a ...

Re: Canned tuna
My Enterolab results show intolerance to Tuna....in 2015 my intolerance was in the #1 category and when I retested in 2021 it went into the #2 category which is an even worse intolerance :-( So No Tuna for me...and quite possibly many others, they just don't know it without getting an Enterolab test...

Re: Time Changes continue to disrupt me
Thanks you guys  I hadn’t thought about the grief AZ residents would have! I wish for Standard Time so bad ……. I’m not sure what goes through the minds of those wanting DST  I really need that hour in the Winter months….the days are so short in the Pacific Northwest anyway it makes a re...

Time Changes continue to disrupt me
Warning-Venting here! I’m so sick (literally) and tired of the time changes :???: I just got my body into a sleeping-bathroom routine and this time change has upended me since I’m leaving for work when my body has gotten used to emptying before leaving for work on the “Fall” Standard time  ...

Re: D turns to C, but is really D - Histamine & Methyl Guard Plus
Hi Rebecca, It sounds like you could use a kind conversation at this point. I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I sense your body detoxing and it’s purging everything…in due time as well. I have been able to stave off histamine with Allegra, and benedryl at night. I would do the Allegra….and try...

Re: MD? DO? Functional Health? Naturopath?
Completely agree with you Gabes….its a frustrating journey to say the least. I check periodically with different news outlets to see if anything has had a breakthrough with LC, CC or Microscopic colitis in general. Tex is the only one I’ve come across who has been there done that enough who tells it...

Re: Need Input that I'm not going to get from Dr.
Hi Dorothy  I’m 10 years into this healing thing…. I can’t eat spaghetti sauce without it giving me bad water diarrhea  Also the granola made with oats might not be helping…I know I can’t do anything with oat either. It’s been a while since I’ve visited the forum…I wish I could say I’m in...

Re: Am I Impeding My Healing by Ceasing to be a Vegetarian to Get More Protein
Hi Cheryl, For just the next few weeks until you are done with the pepto process.....ditch the Egg and Chicken and go to Turkey only....don't add any other protein including powder.....test this as your system needs to cool off...the inflammation needs to subside more and you need a real base line f...

Re: Balance of Nature….yes or no?
I see this particular question is really up in the air and that so far no one at the forum has toyed with the idea of this yet...my husband has been taking the capsules for over 2 years now and the Company is going to send a free month in his next order....I'm going to experiment and see how it does...

Been there recently...done that as well....your daughter is a smart cookie ;-)
Had to revert back to plain bland things again and take a histamine to get things in some what control....and by no means great yet!
I was doing so well to!
Hang in there and stay the course as I will too

We need “like” buttons as this is a lovely note of thanks
I agree with this wholeheartedly and glad to hear someone else is healing these days.

Balance of Nature….yes or no?
Has anyone tried Balance of Nature with our colitis demise and did you or are you doing ok taking it?
I’m really curious, and have watched my husband taking it for over a year now….he does great with it but he doesn’t have any gut issues.
Thanks
Erica

Re: Need Input that I'm not going to get from Dr.
Good to hear from you Tex ❤️ Thank you 😊 I float from doing so well and seeing Norman every once in a while to a stressful moment or lazy eating and the bathroom is my friend for a few hours. Luckily I can eat correctly and recognize when I need space to myself and I’m able to get back on track in a...

Re: Need Input that I'm not going to get from Dr.
It’s been over a year….dang time flies! Have learned I can not chew a nut up enough to allow it to digest 🙈 nor can I eat any solid dark chocolate…kinda bummed about that but as I’ve learned with LC you roll with the flow and move onto the next experiment. I still have not found any medical/homeopat...
