It's odd though that I can not tolerate broth...is it the fat content? I make homemade broth and separate the fat as much as possible....but I even notice irritation when I bake chicken legs. I'm thinking I don't digest fats well. Never have though. I can't tolerate sugar alcohols....and they're everywhere!
Heck, it seems my whole digestive tract doesn't function properly....and that is sad considering I come from an Italian family that loves meals together and lots of food!
I, too, get brain fog and have a tough time functioning some days. I look up recipes and play games on my kindle on those kind of days. I try to walk everyday, up and down hills for exercise and to clear my head.
My advise...be aware of everything you put in your mouth. Read every label. If you can't pronounce an ingredient, or know what it is, don't eat it.
Healing is a slow process...patience!
