Anyone tried the Enterolab recovery protocol?

I got my Enterolab results and consulted with Dr Fine. I purchased some products from him and wondered if anyone else had tried them. First, my results:
3: oat, tuna, almond. I must avoid these indefinitely. Most reactive.
2: in descending order of reactivity:
Corn
Rice
Chicken
——
Pork
Beef
Walnut
Cashew
I must avoid the top 3.
1: white potato
Highly reactive to wheat gluten and carry two genes. Potentially undiagnosed celiac disease.
Highly reactive to egg, but this could be due to the combination of having an overly freaked out immune system and yearly flu shots, as they have ingredients that enhance immune response.
Highly reactive to casein (cows milk).
Low to medium reaction to soy.
I must avoid dairy and wheat.
In addition, his advice was to go completely grain free.
I have a low but higher than normal malabsorption of fat which means other nutrients could be mal absorbed as well. He recommended digestive enzymes.
He advised lots of fruit & vegetables, which I’ve had trouble with all my life, but I will make more of an effort to eat the ones I can seem to manage.
I had started an antidepressant again after 3 years or so off, which could well be causing some amount of my diarrhea. If it doesn’t go away with these other changes, will take a break and/or switch meds.
He said my immune system thinks my gut microbiome is a foreign invader and I should use his product to flush my system much like a colonoscopy prep then use his blueberry fiber, digestive enzymes, probiotic supplements & probiotic lozenges after I brush my teeth to kickstart my recovery in addition to the diet changes above.
Anyone used/tried these? Mine should arrive next week.
Thanks
