chocolate pudding

Post by Dee »

In a bowl combine 3 tablespoons arrowroot or (whatever thickener you can tolerate) with 2 tablespoons water
Take a saucepan and over medium heat stir in 1-1/2 cups of non-dairy milk, 1/4 teaspoon GF vanilla,1/4 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, then the thickener mixture.
Cook until it thickens.
Take it off stove and let it set for 5 minutes.
Pour into a container and cover with siran, pushing the siran down on the top so a film doesn't develop. It will thicken as it chills in the fridge.
