Once upon a time, there was a crow who lived happily in the forest until one day when it saw a white crane. The crow thought to itself, “I am so black and when people see me, they always boo me away. Unlike the crane which is so white and people are fond of it. So it must be the happiest bird on earth“.

So it decided to express its thought to the crane. The crane replied, “At first, I also thought so. Until I met a parrot, which has 2 colors. I realized that it is the parrot that is the happiest bird in this world“.

The crow then flew to the parrot. Then the parrot told him that it thought that the peacock was actually the happiest bird on earth as its feathers had many beautiful colors.

The crow then continued its journey until it found a peacock, which lived in a zoo. The crow saw a lot of people showed interest with the peacock and it secretly admired the peacock. After the people had left, the crow approached the peacock.

The peacock told him that, “I always thought I was the most beautiful and happiest bird on this planet. But because of my beauty, people captured me and kept me in the cage with no freedom. As I had observed, in this zoo, the only bird that they didn’t collect was the crow. So I have been thinking If I were a crow, I would freely roam everywhere without any worry and be the happiest bird in this world"

Be satisfied with what you have. Do not make unnecessary comparison with other people. In this world, there will always be someone who is better off or worse off than you.
