Food Intolerances : Gluten, casein, soy, and avenin, (avenin is the prolamin in oats, which is equivalent to the gluten in wheat), beef, grapes, peanuts, cashews, almonds, (but nut butters seem OK except for peanuts), citric acid, chocolate, and agar.
Location: Central Texas

Linda (Linda in BC)

Note: Linda is pretty sure that she is intolerant of casein and soy, and she had been avoiding casein for six years, prior to this test, (which is probably the reason why the casein test result was negative - the immune system won't produce any antibodies if there is no antigen present to stimulate antibody production).
