When this recipe was posted (2012 - 13 years ago) there was no coconut aminos products
it was near impossible to get any soy free items

in the last 10 years the range of gluten free and soy free items available has been massive

Re: Cholecystectomy (Gallbladder Removal) Improved Symptoms?

Lisa I had my gallbladder removed in May 2024. After 9 months of chronic pain prior to the surgery, I did feel better with less inflammation and pain impacting my day. my ability to assess if things had vastly improved MC wise post surgery was impaired by a breast cancer diagnosis in June 2024 and s...

Re: Need advice please on diet and what to do.

Sorry this has become your MC journey

I would suggest you do Stage 1 type eating plan with safe ingredients

are you taking Vit D3 and magnesium?

given how inflamed you currently are it will take a couple of months for inflammation to calm and symptoms to settle.
be patient.

Re: SIBO and MC ? Trying to sort this out....

If being on 6mg means you are not having D and not having C I would stay on that dosage while you fine tune diet (ie how much mild fibre you need that won't cause D)

topical magnesium and foot soaks have been a key saviour to my wellness
